Our activities are particularly well-suited for organising a stag or hen party in the Jura, in Franche-Comté, in a natural setting that’s perfect for enjoying a fun and unique time with friends.
They are also ideal for a school trip to Saint-Claude or for a summer camp near Lake Vouglans, allowing young people to discover outdoor sports in complete safety.
Finally, our activities are also available to corporate groups looking to organise a team outing, a seminar or a team-building activity in the Jura.
Please note that you must be able to swim in order to go canyoning safely.
What to bring
For your canyoning, via ferrata, caving and climbing activities, please bring:
- Sports shoes: trainers or hiking boots – available for hire.
- Small rucksack: for carrying your water bottle and personal belongings.
- Water bottle: 1 litre per person, or more in hot weather.
- Picnic: for day trips only.
- Swimwear: short or long – the choice is yours – For canyoning only
- Mountain biking gloves: not essential but definitely comfortable – For via ferrata only – Available to hire.
- Sportswear: trousers + sweatshirt – For caving only
- Waterproof camera or GoPro: Available for hire.
Please note: Water shoes, Crocs and flip-flops are not permitted.
Our group activities near you, in the Jura and Franche-Comté!
Our group activities mainly take place near Saint-Claude, in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park.
The activity sites are located near Oyonnax, Lake Vouglans, Clairvaux-les-Lacs, the resort of Les Rousses, Champagnole and Doucier.
Most of the sites are within a 90-minute to 2-hour drive of Besançon, Métabief, Montbéliard, Pontarlier, Lyon, Dijon, Mâcon, Lons-le-Saunier, Geneva, Bourg-en-Bresse, Chalon-sur-Saône and Bern.
For a longer journey, the cities of Paris, Orléans, Bourges, Metz, Strasbourg and Nancy are around 4½ to 5 hours’ drive away.
