How to organise your Santa’s zip-line ride?
Organising a Christmas event featuring a zip-line ride or abseiling involves several stages.
Remote feasibility study
To begin with, please send us some photos and information about your site.
We analyse the site using various tools (photographs, aerial views) in order to quickly assess the feasibility of the project.
On-site technical analysis
If the project is approved, we will carry out a site visit.
This step enables you to:
- identify possible technical solutions;
- adapt the installation to the site’s strengths;
- propose a concept that fits in with your event.
At the end of this stage, we will provide you with a personalised quote.
Organisation and running of the activity
On the day of the event, or the day before depending on the scale of the event, our team sets up all the equipment.
The programme usually includes:
- Santa Claus’s descent via zip line or abseiling;
- a staged arrival;
- a stroll amongst the audience.
Depending on your requirements, it is possible to include:
- an aerobatics show featuring elves;
- a handout of chocolate-wrapped treats;
- a photo shoot with the audience.
The duration of the activity can be adjusted. It usually lasts two hours.
